About Scholarship
The Total scholarship programme is aimed at promoting academic excellence and qualitative manpower development in Nigeria. Each year, Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited (TEPNG) demonstrates a high level of commitment towards the educational development of Nigerian Students through its annual award of scholarships to deserving Nigerian students in secondary and tertiary institutions as well as those in postgraduate studies.

Selection Criteria and Eligibility

2012/2013 FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS YOUTHS IN NIGERIAN UNIVERSITIES

The Honorable Minister of Education, Prof. (Mrs.) Raqayyatu Ahmed Rufai hereby invites applicants from qualified Nigerian students in Nigerian public tertiary institutions to participate in the 2012/2013 selection interviews for scholarship awards tenable in Nigeria tertiary institutions.
Application forms are available online at www.fsb.gov.ng and can be filled and printed by prospective candidates for endorsement by their HOD and Registrars of their institutions.

2. ELIGIBILITY
       I.            Undergraduate, HND & NCE Scholarship:
All applicants should be registered full–time students in their second year or above in recognized Federal and State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Colleges of Education. They should also obtain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.0 on a 5 point scale, or its equivalent in the previous academic year’s examinations.
    II.            Postgraduate scholarship:
Applicants must be registered full–time students of recognized Federal and State owned universities and must have a minimum of second class Honors (upper division) in 1^st degrees.
