Erasmus Mundus Scholarship in International Masters in Economy, State and Society (IMESS)
Each track combines compulsory language training, research methodology, specialist electives and an extended research dissertation.

The IMESS programme has two deadlines. Third-country applicants (i.e. those outside of the European Economic Area) are eligible to apply for one of a number of Erasmus Mundus Scholarships of €21,000 per year towards fees and other costs. The scholarship does NOT cover all costs. Minimum Admission Requirements: All applicants should hold an upper second class honours degree (or overseas equivalent) with honours in a relevant subject area and must provide evidence of English proficiency (IELTS/TEOFL Advanced Level – see FAQs for full requirements in subtests and overall scores). Scholarship deadlines are: 17 December for Category A applications and 29 April for Category B applications. The final closing date for self-funded student applications is 29 April. Applicants in the final stages of their undergraduate degree may apply but they must be able to present their transcript of marks by no later than 31 August of the relevant year of entry.
